Safety
Not a doctor. Never pretending.
NurtureLog helps you notice. Health professionals help you decide.
NurtureLog is a record-keeping app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments or suggest medicine doses. Alerts are based on published guidance for each country: the NHS (UK), the AAP and CDC (US), healthdirect, the Raising Children Network and the National Immunisation Program (Australia), and the IAP and MoHFW (India). They are general and can't account for everything about your baby.
Contact your GP or midwife
Always trust your instinct
If your baby seems unwell, isn't feeding, has fewer wet nappies, a high temperature or trouble breathing, or you're worried for any reason, contact your midwife, health visitor, GP or emergency services, even if NurtureLog shows nothing unusual.
