Delete your NurtureLog account
You can delete your account and everything logged in it at any time.
In the app
Settings → Privacy and data → Delete account. Confirm, and your account and logs are deleted.
Without the app
Email nurturelog@coroutinelab.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.
What's deleted
- Your account, profile and settings.
- Every log you made, and your mood and recovery check-ins.
- If you're the last member of a household, the household and all its logs.
What's kept
If you're in a household with others, logs you made stay in the shared record for them, without your name. Google Play and Apple keep their own purchase records. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription: cancel it in your store account first.
