Does my partner need to pay too?
No. One subscription covers your household. Your partner and other carers join free with your invite.
Is there a free trial?
Not at launch. Everything that keeps your baby safe is free without a time limit, so you can use NurtureLog for as long as you like before deciding.
How do I cancel?
On Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → NurtureLog → Cancel. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → NurtureLog → Cancel. Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
You keep everything you logged and can keep logging on your phone for free. Sharing, sync and charts pause until you subscribe again.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Google Play and the App Store, so refunds follow their policies. If something went wrong, write to us and we'll help you ask.
